Mapping Lab
A practice path tied to our lessons: how we move from raw swings to defended levels without filling the chart with wishful lines.
How a lab session unfolds
Whether you join the Intensive, a clinic, or mentorship, the Mapping Lab sequence keeps decisions ordered: structure first, ink second, confirmation third.
-
Strip the labels
We start with unmarked charts so you cannot lean on someone else’s lines. You mark swings before any horizontal is drawn.
-
Rank candidate levels
Each candidate needs an originating swing and a reason to stay — second touch, failed break, or accepted daily close. Weak candidates stay dashed or get erased.
-
Score the retest
On a return visit we score hold, fail-and-reclaim, or break-and-accept. The score decides whether the level stays on your working map.
-
Write invalidation
Before discussing entries, every kept level gets a clear invalidation close. Without it, the line is decoration.
Where the Lab sits in our lessons
The Foundation day teaches swing vocabulary. The Intensive runs the full Lab sequence over two days. Clinics repeat timed mapping under pressure. Mentorship rewrites your personal checklist against your charts.
