When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email address, lesson interest, preferred format, and message content. If you enrol we may also collect phone number, invoicing details, and a short trading background note you choose to share.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, allocate seats, deliver lesson materials, process refunds where applicable, and improve our teaching notes. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to twenty-four months. Enrolment and invoice records are retained for seven years to meet Australian record-keeping needs, then deleted or anonymised where practicable.

Sharing

We use email and hosting providers to operate this site and correspondence. Those providers process data under their own terms. We do not share your charts or background notes with other participants without your consent.

International transfers

If a hosting or email provider stores data outside Australia, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection. By enquiring you acknowledge that limited transfers may occur for those operational purposes.
