These terms govern your use of automate-advanced.digital and enquiries about lessons offered by Automate Advanced (“we”, “us”). By using this site you accept these terms. Governing law is the law of New South Wales, Australia.

Services described

Pages describe educational workshops, mentorship, and clinics on support and resistance mapping. Rates are informational. Nothing on this site is financial product advice, a solicitation to trade, or a promise of trading results.

Enrolment

A lesson seat is confirmed only when we accept your enquiry in writing and you complete any deposit or fee instructions we send separately. We may decline an enrolment if a lesson is full or if your background note shows the lesson is unsuitable.

Intellectual property

Workbooks, chart packs, checklists, and site content remain our intellectual property. You may use materials for your personal trading study. You may not resell, republish, or teach from our materials as your own curriculum without written permission.

Conduct

Participants must not disrupt sessions, share other traders’ charts without consent, or record sessions unless we agree in writing.

Liability

Training is educational. Trading involves risk of loss. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or decisions you make after attending. Our liability for any claim related to a paid lesson is limited to the fees you paid us for that lesson.

Site use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at scale, or submit malicious form input. We may update these terms; the version on this page applies from the date of publication.
